“Dusty” is a classy young mare with the color, brains, and foundation to make a solid partner in just about any direction you want to take her. She’s already had a great start and has been exposed to a wide variety of experiences that make her well-rounded and ready to continue her training.

Dusty has been ridden both in and out of the arena, giving her a nice balance of arena work and real-world experience. She’s spent time in the mountains where she handles the terrain with confidence—crossing water, stepping over logs, and staying sure-footed no matter where you point her. She’s also been used around cattle, tracking and starting on the rope, showing she’s got the cow sense and try that makes a versatile ranch or performance prospect.

In addition, Dusty has been hauled to the sale barn, where she’s gained experience working gates and being in busy environments. She takes new situations in stride, showing a calm, willing, and trainable mind. She’s naturally athletic and wants to move out with style, but she’s sensible and never hot-headed.

On Top Side she driven the The Dualler from Venture Farms, who is unique in the fact that both his sire and dam have produced NCHA Futurity champions. Her Top side is strong in cow sense, athleticism and calm mind. 

Her Dam's side compliments a well rounded horse with her grandsire Rusty Leo Bar winning multiple stakes himself and earning over $10k in the 70's. Including win 14 Wins and 23 Seconds. She would give you the speed from the box or breakaway any athlete is looking for. Along with Coley horses are known for their rope horse reputation.
