What you can expect from Remuda Classic:

The opportunity to showcase your business/skills

Marketing – we’ll work with you on promoting your business before the event. After your vendor spot is reserved, we’ll contact you for marketing information. Once its provided we do promote your business on our website/facebook/Instagram.

Space is already filling up fast as there is limited room - our vendors are located in the arena causeway where all of the events take place NOT outside of the event or in the parking lot. Premium location.

Location to center of grands stands is based on first registration, so if you're wanting closer to middle registering sooner is better.

Set up:

Friday, September 26th, 2025: after 7am

Saturday, September 27th, 2025: 5am – 7:30am.

Sunday, September 28th All Vendors MUST BE OUT no later than 9pm on Sunday

Please note you do not have to stay open during evening entertainment, but vehicles will not be allowed in to load/unload until the entertainment is over.
This year there will also be a large livestock show also going on at the facility all weekend, outside of the Remuda Classic events.​
-Vendors booths located inside the grandstand area in the main arena on the causeway for premium traffic location. Trailers are located right outside the entries, no vendors in parking lots.
-Vendors you are responsible for weights/sandbags for tents incase of breeze and anything additional IE: extension cords if you need power. Power is available.
-There isn't a bad seat or location in the EOTEC facility, please visit their website for more views of the facility.
-Camping is available for cost if needed please note on entry form.
